TC Group Solutions, a leading technology company in customer flow counting and behavior analysis solutions both inside and outside commercial establishments (Retail Intelligence), is seeking an Italian Sales Executive to strengthen its team.Position DescriptionThe Italian Sales Executive will play a key role in developing the Italian market and managing customer assistance and loyalty relationships.
This position requires a person with strong sales, coordination, administrative, and communication skills, always aiming to provide high-quality service to customers and the sales team.ResponsibilitiesCommercial prospecting of potential clients and identifying opportunities through all possible channels: phone, social media, and emailPresenting our products to potential clients using all communication channelsCollaborating with the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentationLeading the initial phase of sales with potential clientsScheduling appointments with potential clientsMaintaining and updating the database (HubSpot)Customer service: addressing issues, answering questions, and understanding potential needs.Handling phone calls and resolving queries and suggestions from leads and potential clientsPerforming administrative tasks for registering new clients (orders and issues) in the systemPlanning and overseeing interventions with technical service and clients, from order to installationTraining clients on the operation of our software productLiaising with the technical department for issue resolutionPreparing follow-up reportsRequirementsFluent proficiency in Italian and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English3+ years experience in sales, preferably in the technology industryStrong availability to travelFriendly, empathetic, and customer-orientedResults-oriented with determinationHighly organizedStrong teamwork and coordination skillsGreat motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and other automation and sales prospecting toolsEconomic conditionsFixed salary based on experience + attractive variable remuneration package.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentStrategic Management Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
