**¿Qué buscamos?**
Actualmente estamos buscando un Ingeniero Soporte Telecomunicaciones Móviles & IoT para colaborar en un equipo para diversos proyectos de nuestro cliente, líder en sector telco y en su área de IoT.
**Horario: de 9:00 a 18:00 de lunes a jueves, viernes hasta las 15:00 horas**
**Teletrabajo, con presencia en las oficinas de Telefónica o de los clientes en Madrid, cuando sea requerido (un día cada 1-2 semanas aprox)**
**No se contemplan disponibilidades on-call, pero a futuro se podrían contemplar.**
**Funciones**:
El profesional se integrará en el equipo de Soporte de Nível 2 de servicios IoT y tendrá una cartera de clientes de Empresas con los que tendrá constante interlocución para la atención de problemas técnicos, informes periódicos, acciones de mejora, etc.
**Requisitos mínimos**:
Experiência de al menos 4 años en operación / ingeniería / tecnología / desarrollo de Telecomunicaciones Móviles 2G, 3G, 4G, especialmente en la parte Core Network y roaming.
Experiência en planificación/operación de la red.
Se podría valorar experiência en la parte de Radio.
Conocimientos de protocolos de señalización SS7 (principalmente MAP, INAP) y Diameter
Experiência en análisis de problemas en redes móviles, manejo de OSS (Whireshark, Empirix, Splunk, Devo, etc.)
Conocimientos de Linux.
