**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**What you will learn and contribute to**

We are seeking a talented and experienced 4G Mobile Network Support Engineer to join Nokia’s Technical Support Services team in Spain and provide technical support for a major telecommunications operator. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of Nokia’s 4G Radio Technology in a key and strategic project. The position is based in Madrid and requires to work at customer operations centre and laboratories

As part of our team, you will:

- Provide technical support for Nokia’s 4G Radio Access Network, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Work with Customer and other Nokia teams to ensure that our network meets the highest quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to Customer network infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 4G technology and implement new features as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Strong knowledge of Nokia’s 4G Radio and related technologies
- Experience in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation 24/7
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory

It would be nice if you also had:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
