**Sales Retail & Foodservice**

**Your Mission**

You will work directly with the KAM Retail and the KAM Foodservice team to contribute on the development of the Retail and Foodservice Channels.

**What you will do**

Support the Development of the Retail and Foodservice Channel:

- Manage the assigned customer accounts.
- Execute the strategic business plan defined by the KAM for the assigned accounts, reaching volume, profit and innovation KPI´s.
- Support Key account managers in developing top accounts.
- Follow up & report on customer’s KPI’s along with the KAM’. Analyze deviations and assist the KAM to put corrective actions in place.
- Assist in mapping strategic customers to have a full customer overview and detect new opportunities.
- Be part of the international meetings and communications of the channel’s global accounts.

Customer Intelligence:

- Build the assigned customers account profile and keep the Opportunities up to date in CRM.
- Follow and keep up to date the different sales tools (Power BI and IBP).

**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Digital tools advanced user
- 1-3 years of experience at least on sales positions or in business development areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills: high customer orientation, capable of building long term relationships based on trust and transparency.
- High Analytical skills.
- Technical base knowledge of Bakery and Patisserie finished goods, ingredients and production process will be a plus.
- Business fluent Spanish and English.
