**Tus tareas**:
**LO QUE HARÁS / ASÍ SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA**
Como Personal Administration & Payroll colaborando con los HR de cada tienda, sus responsabilidades son:
- Conocer la normativa actual relacionada con la confección de la nómina (retribuciones, cotización y tributación).
- Realizar chequeos mensuales antes del cierre y corregir los errores detectados.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación del convenio colectivo de Grandes Almacenes y la normativa laboral relativa a permisos, Excedencias, extinciones contractuales, sanciones, modificaciones de las condiciones de trabajo, ceses...etc.
- Dar servicio interno y soporte a las tiendas en relación a cualquier tema relativo a Administración de personal.
- Transmitir datos a la TGSS a través Siltra, tales como AFI, FDI, CRA y seguros sociales.
- Realizar las encuestas del INE, mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Realizar el control de las notificaciones telemáticas de la TGSS y gestión de estas.

**LO QUE ESPERAMOS DE TI**
- Grado de Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o Administración de RRHH.
- SAP HR.
- Office avanzado.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año como administrativo/a de personal gestionando un elevado volumen de nóminas en su ciclo completo y preferiblemente en una Multisociedad.
- Experiência en la utilización del Sistema Red.
- Experiência en cálculo e interpretaciones de la nómina.
