We are looking for a HR Administrator: somebody with experience in HR admin, with the ability and willingness to get involved in all areas of HR. We're looking someone with passion for influencing and fostering a positive culture and work environment. Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, taking responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain, including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes. Provide assistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolving queries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition, maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees' personal and sensitive information. Ensure that the company complies with the current labour laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures. $- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. We're looking for someone resilient, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities. Knowledgeable in applicable regulations in Spain.$Fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.$Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
