**HR Administrator**:
**Job Summary**:
**MPS is looking for a HR Administrator to provide general HR administration support to our European regions. This individual will partner with different departments to assist with HR programs and processes that build organizational capability to meet business needs.**:
**Essential Functions**:
HR Functions
- Coordinate end to end onboarding processes within European region.
- HR Systems management: ADP, time tracking software, absences software.
- Assist in visa administration process for new hires and existing employees (translations, apostilles, etc.).
- Assist with university agreements coordination.
- Assist in company events coordination.
- Assist in Health & Safety activities to ensure compliance with local regulation.
- Work on a variety of HR projects and programs.
- Support on recruiting activities such as coordinating interviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate in Human Resources, Business or equivalent preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task projects with attention to detail
- Can maintain highly confidential information
- Positive attitude
- A real hands-on attitude, someone that can be proactive in identifying areas of improvement
- ** Fluency in English and Spanish** are essential requirements for this position; fluency in other languages is a plus.
