To act as key contact for senior business stakeholders in terms of all IT Business Applications related matters.
- To act as IT solution lead and/or (sub-) project manager in IT initiatives in the area of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
- To contribute to the solution of complex support requests and organize professional problem management.
- To coordinate with tax team.
- Support the Head of global IT Application Services with strategic decisions.
- Oversee departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting. Ensuring tactical capacity planning. Coach the supervised team members. Responsible for staff related activities such as recruitment, development, replacement, performance qualification and salary review. Monitor and continuously improve the performance of the assigned teams.
- Identify the IT needs in Sales & Marketing. Define together with business managers the yearly IT priorities. Represent the IT service in global committees. Manage the IT project portfolio for Sales & Marketing. Act as IT escalation instance for business managers.
- Analyze and prioritize user requirements, advise internal stakeholders in terms of IT solutions, estimate cost of projects/change requests, approve concepts and specifications, organize and facilitate workshops, oversee configuration and customization of systems, work out test plans, contribute to the creation of test scripts, test execution and training documentation, lead trainings and data migration activities, control global process and system governance, adhere to GMP and quality/compliance policies.
- Manage the development service in projects. Partner with system development providers, train them in terms of internal standards and guidelines, perform the hand-over of technical specifications, advice and monitor the realization of software programming, perform quality control of deliverables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
