**What does this internship consists in?**

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

**Your Profile**
- Recently graduates/Master students
- Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical) ,
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.

**Job description**:
Today's business decisions depend on the insights that big data can offer. But massive volumes of complex and unstructured data require high-performance analytics to extract value. At Airbus, we leverage future technology in advanced analytics to provide the right information to the right people at the right time - and in a context they understand.

During the internship, you will be involved in real Customer Order Desk Operations projects under the supervision of an Airbus Mentor. You will help and contribute to the transition towards predictive analytics to get ready for the future Airbus challenges.

Your main functions will be the following:

- You will be integrated in our forum of data analytics experts and will support the creation of a Customer Order Desk cockpit with the digitization of inspection lots, dispatching issues, cost drivers validation among other tasks.
- Integration of new data bases to be shared with the different supply chain actors to reduce times and simplify flows.
- Development of an early warning system on contractual KPIs and penalties.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of prediction of time around time (TAT) and estimated delivery dates (EDD) by analyzing all the variables involved in the repair process.
- Improvement of internal operational efficiency over outsourced activities and drivers optimization.
- Participate in the creation of a Quotations cockpit with the purpose of detect faults, analyzing the success rate and boost sales and repairs.
- Support for the development of new Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Improve or update our software tools that must be expanded or adapted to our current reality.
- Automation of customer logic and reports.

**Required skills**
- You have a university degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Open-minded and dynamic person.
- You know how to adapt to different situations, and you are very well organized.
- Team spirit, autonomy and good communication skills are some of your assets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are you proactive? We encourage you to develop your own ideas.
- Google workspace tools skills.
- Are you willing to learn and add value?
- Desirable: basic programming, macros, python, R, advanced excel
- You are fluent in English/Spanish.
