Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a **Master **, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
**Internship Description**
Our dynamic and constantly evolving research program delivers mature technological capabilities for the success of our future products and services. Successful development and industrialisation of these technologies requires the strong engagement of a evolving set of trusted external partners, who need to contribute with competences, ideas and resources, be it scientists, infrastructures or use of their own funding.
The **main purpose **of the position is to support the company in gaining maximum value from our non-industrial R&T partnerships (universities, techno-centres, laboratories), whilst ensuring compliance with our ethical policies.
This requires a holistic Airbus approach to coordinate and provide transparency across the trans-divisional and trans-functional R&T community. The role includes **supporting the deployment of the partnership strategy, the selection of strategic partners, operation of the Key Account Manager community and related processes, methods and tools.**
Specific responsibilities include:
- Implementation of the strategy and associated policies for Airbus non-industrial R&T partnerships, including the development and deployment of related processes, methods and tools.
- Supporting the selection of strategic partners.
- Create and maintenance of an internal Google Site as a common and single source of information for R&T Strategic partnerships
- Support the coordination of a network of key account managers for selected R&T partners aiming to ensure that the company is able to maximise the added value derived from the partners capabilities, facilities and creativity to the benefit of the R&T multi year plan.
- Collection, synthesis and presentation of data relating to our various modes of R&T engagement and Governance with external organisations through use of appropriate methods and tools.
- Support the Technology compliance activities (in particular for third party engagements and export control).
After this professional journey the applicant will get experience in Project management, Finance and Stakeholder management including international and external organisations.
**Required Skills**:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization) with a natural approach to new technologies: Zero Emissions, Digitalization, Advance Manufacturing, etc
- High Level of motivation and proactivity
- Advanced level of English.
- General knowledge in finance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Digital Design and Data visualisation (Google Looker studio, Google sites, etc )
