We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

**Internship Description**
- Establish effective innovation interfaces and collaborations internal and external to Airbus
- Support and facilitate co-innovation with customers, suppliers and Airbus functions.
- Define value target roadmaps for innovations and coordinate the development of a balanced Innovation Portfolio.
- Drive the sourcing and framing of Innovation Concepts, and prepare the assessment of concepts (feasibility, desirability, viability).
- Define and execute rapid elaboration/prototyping of selected Innovation Concepts, to collect data (financial, technical, legal, organizational, social and environmental impacts) to reduce the uncertainties of the Innovation Concept.
- Prepare stakeholders (including venture builders) for implementation/scale up decisions
- Implement, govern or hand over the acceleration plan to timely achieve the innovation committed value proposition.
- Hand over to business or venture builders the deployment/support/growth plan for each implemented innovation.

**Required skills**
Degree in Information Management or related.
Advanced level of English (C1 level) and Spanish.
Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude
