We are looking for recent graduates from **different disciplines **interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a **Master **, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
**Internship Description**
As a Supply Chain & Quality Manager trainee, you will be in involved in the following tasks:
- Support as interface with suppliers for operational activities in the frame of transfer or work packages.
- Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract (digitalization of projects, key process indicators for On time, on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.
- Propose improvements for the department governance nad their repositories and standardization of documentation.
- Work out short term recovery plans (follow up of the actions).
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
- Support the update in Supplier Monitoring Platform of all the key process indicators and the performance of the suppliers.
**Required skills**:
- Engineer degree or similar with high willingness to learn and with abilities to interact with transnational people and teams.
- English negotiation level (C1).
- Spanish high level (B2).
- Office knowledge.
- Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude
