We are looking for recent graduates from **different disciplines **interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a **Master **, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
**Internship Description**
**Main activities**:
Support operational and business activities of Supply Engineering departments to ensure:
- Deliveries of technical solutions on time, cost and quality taking into account relevant technology aspects and secure cost adherence.
- Promote harmonized answers and WoW of the teams
- Technical solutions throughout the supply chain and Airbus Customer Services Spares Engineering
- Technical Data delegated people to the right level and numbers to support the business
- Ensure Customer satisfaction related to Spares Solutions
- Continuous Improvement for Supply Engineering teams, supporting the definition and implementation of the appropriate processes and tools to ensure Supply Engineering operational achievements and clear WoW and Service Level Agreements (if applicable) with respect the relevant Stakeholders
- Effective Key Performance Indicators with appropriate corrective actions.
- Digital transformation and innovation.
- Support to Digital Solutions cross divisional team
**Knowledge that the trainee will learn**:
- Supply Chain operations and logistics
- Spares Engineering technical solutions
- Stakeholders management
- Project Management
- Digital solutions
**Projects and areas of influence**:
- Digital and innovation projects
- Spares solutions projects for Daily and Major Repairs in Customer Services
- Customer Services stakeholders management
**IT Tools to be used/learned**:
- SAP
- Google Apps
- Internal Airbus tools
**Basic Requirements**:
- Engineering Master Degree
- English advanced level
- Knowledge of Google docs and GSheet
- Team work
- Strong interpersonal skills
