Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a **Master **, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
**The Opportunity**:
At Airbus, our purpose is to “pioneer sustainable aviation for a safe & united world”. Our contribution to this purpose is to ensure the development of the strategy for property and real estate, taking into account the needs and priorities of the business, designing the RE Site master plans and guaranteeing optimized use of the RE portfolio.
You will join a team of highly motivated and valuable people who are involved in many different projects: investments, purchases, leases, divestments, derentings and RE master plans developments, to support the strategy and operations of the Airbus majority-owned entities based on Airbus standards.
**Your accountabilities**:
Developing an integrated Real Estate portfolio management system that incorporates sustainability criteria analysis, optimization of logistic flows and surfaces, property management tasks and the creation of new office models using data analytics and big data techniques. The project aims to address the challenges faced by real estate organizations in managing their portfolios efficiently while considering sustainability, optimizing logistics, and adapting to evolving office models.
The jobholder has to support the management and optimization of the Airbus real estate portfolio and strategic site development based on business requirements taking into account legal and financial aspects.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Sustainability Criteria Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the sustainability performance of real estate assets within the Airbus spanish portfolio. Develop a set of sustainability indicators and metrics to assess the environmental, social, and economic impact of the properties.
- Logistics Optimization: Utilize data analytics and big data techniques to optimize the logístical flows and surfaces within the real estate portfolio. This may involve analyzing transportation patterns, space utilization, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Property management: analyze the lease management performance (invoicing and billing, handle maintenance requests, fill vacant units and potentially set the budget for the property) and develop a set of indicators to assess and improve this management.
- Innovative Office Models: Investigate and design new office models that align with emerging trends and technologies, such as remote work, flexible spaces, smart office solutions. Leverage data analytics to understand the evolving needs and preferences of occupants and design spaces that enhance productivity, collaboration, and well-being.
- Data Analytics and Big Data Integration: Develop a comprehensive data analytics framework that integrates diverse data sources, including property information, sustainability data, logistics data, and occupant feedback. Utilize big data techniques to analyze and derive meaningful insights from the collected data.
- Portfolio Management System: Develop/propose a web-based or software-based portfolio management system that incorporates the sustainability analysis, logistics optimization, and office model design. The system should provide real-time monitoring, reporting, and decision support tools for portfolio managers.
