Como **IMPACT VENTURE BUILDER** queremos crear empresas que aúnen innovación, tecnología y sostenibilidad. A día de hoy, hemos puesto el foco en desarrollar **iniciativas** como la gestión circular de residuos (CoCircular), construcción industrializada (Woodea), climatización con aerotermia (Nido), producción de hidrógeno verde (Matteco), renovación energética de viviendas (IKOSIA), medición de eficiencia energética (Greenest AI), PetFood sostenible (Alteina), tecnología para medir y reducir la huella de carbono (Nästa) o formación y empleo (Kämpe).

Buscamos una persona con background en consultoría estratégica que, reportando a Luz Duyos, Head of Strategy de Zubi Group, sea responsable de identificar las mejores oportunidades para seguir creando empresas de triple impacto: económico, social y medioambiental.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día como Strategy Manager en Zubi Labs?**
- Análisis estratégico top-down: realizarás investigación de mercado de empresas, inversores, sectores y tendencias nacionales e internacionales, y ayudarás al equipo de Zubi Labs a identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para el Venture Builder. Ocasionalmente también darás apoyo a las empresas participadas por Zubi Labs durante la fase product-market-fit.
- Análisis y proyectos bottom-up: trabajarás con los distintos equipos de Zubi Labs y su equipo ejecutivo evaluando nuevas oportunidades, y estructurando el plan de negocio de las ideas que surgen continuamente de nuestra propia organización (por ejemplo spin-off de negocios existentes o simplemente ideas nuevas que emergen). Coordinarás con nuestros equipos internos y partners estratégicos este análisis de viabilidad, incluyendo workshops y entrevistas en profundidad con los diferentes stakeholders.
- Serás dueño/a del repositorio de oportunidades de negocio e inversión que surjan de ambos análisis (top-down y bottom-up) y su actualización. También coordinarás los comités y foros de toma de decisión de lanzamiento de proyectos.
- Trabajarás hands-on con el senior team del venture builder en la validación de nuevos negocios realizando MVPs, y una vez contrastado el nuevo modelo hacer el proceso de transición del negocio al equipo de Co-founders, entrando a distintos níveles de detalle y ejecución según sea necesario.

**Requirements**:
**¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?**
- Cuentas con experiência previa de al menos **3 años en venture capital, venture builder y/o consultora estratégica**, con foco en el **análisis de negocio e inversión** dentro del ecosistema emprendedor.
- Eres una persona analítica y con alto nível de curiosidad intelectual. Estás acostumbrado/a a sintetizar grandes cantidades de datos y se te da bien relacionar información e identificar la que es más relevante.
- Eres una persona organizada y metódica, cumples los plazos y pones atención a los pequeños detalles.
- Disfrutas transformando los datos en informes y conclusiones. Redactas bien, y te gusta elaborar documentación estructurada que sirva para tomar buenas decisiones.
- Eres una persona autónoma y resolutiva; te gustan los retos, no te das por vencido/a y te adaptas al cambio. Tienes iniciativa y te enfocas en conseguir que las cosas sucedan en tiempo y forma.
- Eres capaz de adaptarte en un entorno cambiante y multiproyecto, con empresas de sectores variados y fases de madurez muy distintas.
- Tienes fluidez en** español e inglés**, y estás acostumbrado/a a tener interlocución con todos los níveles de una organización.
- Tienes interés por el mundo del emprendimiento y la innovación, y por alinear tu propósito de vida de generar un impacto en la sociedad y en el planeta con tu trabajo.
