This is a remote position.

In the role of Partner Manager, this individual will be responsible for the overall relationship and delivery of our Partners in their portfolio of countries.

Proactivity, diligence, accountability are key attributes for this role to undertake an end to end ownership of our partners in a various number of countries.

As the focal point for HSP Partners, it is key to show strong relationship management skills, alongside project management skills. As this individual will be accountable to deliver tasks on a daily basis.
- This role requires involvement in department process and pricing of opportunities, having global knowledge of payroll, entity management and accounting services is beneficial.**Responsibilities**:

- This role will be supporting clients and partners across several regions so flexibility in hours will be required.
- Taking ownership of relationships with existing third party partners ensuring their service delivery in compliance to their contractual obligations.
- Perform periodic business reviews with our partners regarding their performance and discussing business opportunities.
- Responsible for supporting Operations in escalations caused by partners and performing RCA, agreeing on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensuring complete records of partners e.g. contact details, local service offering, country specific requirements and legislative requirements.
- Align partner pricing with HSP pricing standards, inclusive of margin requirements and having a complete pricebook for standard services.
- Support HSP’s sales organization for non-standard requests where partner engagement is required.
- Optimization of Partner Cost and ensuring we have the appropriate partners in place in the right jurisdictions - where needed actively pursue new local service providers, following HSP methodology for partner qualification and vetting.
- Assist with continuous process improvement and manage to appropriate Key Performance Indicators.
- Liaise internally and externally with team colleagues, overseas offices, business partners and other key contacts.
- Monitor the on-going status of assigned tasks and facilitate calls to discuss progress or issues, if any.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- 3+years proven experience in partner and project management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Industry experience (Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management) and technical understanding related to the international expansion industry.
- Familiarity working with global hybrid organizations and external partners.
- Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator.
