Supports the PLM and conducts and coordinates logistics activities in projects, in order to contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on schedule customer supply.

- Provide administrative support to the Onshore Maritime Department.
- Key Responsibilities
- Management of the purchase orders issued for the logistics services launched by the team according to the scope and contracts/awardings: Launching, follow up of the chains approval, incidence resolution, support to procurement on uploading of tariffs, sending POs to suppliers
- Invoices management: Provide invoicing instruction to the suppliers once sent the Purchase order, follow up of invoicing process to ensure they are paid to the suppliers within the payment runs, resolution of accountability issues and other issues affecting invoicing process, request issuance of invoices to charge suppliers for services due to SGRE
- SAP Management: Regularization of movements of stock in SAP of the components transported by the operations team
- Management of onboarding and modification of suppliers in the SAP system
- Management of urgent payments
- PRs approval
- Suppliers service: provide suppliers with status of payments, solve issues related to electronic invoicing, solve incidences related to payments not received or delayed
- Reports
- Purchase order analysis
- What you need to make a difference
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- Level of English - C1
- Software: SAP
- Academic Background: Tertiary level education or equivalent, preferably in International Trade or Organization
- Postgraduate Training in Logistics, Shipping or Maritime business
- 3 Years experience in the transportation industry, shipping and maritime business
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of management principles and practices, organizing and planning skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Diligent and patient
- A high level of personal drive, perseverance, and logic
- Availability to travel. He/she may be required to attend meetings outside the normal working place.
