How to contribute to our vision

For our Global IT User Engagement Experience Center team within the Global IT division, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated User Engagement IT Professional for creating and supporting information and change management campaigns.

As a User Engagement Professional, you will be making and implementing plans that maximize employees adoption, utilization and proficiency with the technology advancements taking place within Siemens Gamesa across the globe. You will be responsible in engaging with the employees through effective communications, exchange and change strategies to empower them to adopt and enhance their user experience and satisfaction. In your role, you will be exposed to international teams and top executives in the company.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.

Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result
- and customer-oriented approach.
