**How to contribute to our vision**
- Integrate Qualification Framework for SGRE employees & contractors
- Update user accounts in Group Account (TCManager app)
- Approve certification of SGRE employees & contractors
- Report Group Account incidents to Training Centre Denmark related to SGRE employees & contractors
- Report the new KPI (average profile completion) weekly to the coordinators and monthly to the training manager
- Assist to the KOM to share the Gap analysis of the specific contractors and the specific SGRE employees of that project, to ensure that they are enabled/trained in all the tasks of the project(s).
- Assign training profiles created in Group Account
- Align with procurement all items related to SGRE employees & contractors’ requirements
- Manage training refresher with external providers (GWO courses, etc) and handle purchase request

**What you need to make a difference**
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- Technical University Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wind industry
- Good communication skills
- English level C1
