**How to contribute to our vision**:

- Organizes and controls the Supply Chain activities in the area of responsibility (e.g. Order management) with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible
- Supply Chain services (flow of material, value, information) as well as optimizing the processes and the use of resources.
- Overall coordination of the stakeholders (BU and RU colleagues) that are and will contribute with initiatives to improve the logistic operations.
- Workshops, control of cost out initiatives, Action plans, KPI's.
- Overall coordination of all LOG cost out initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Drive workshops, ideation sessions, and support the initiative owners.
- Coordinate the reporting & LOG savings KPI's
- Improvement of the contractual set up.
- Standardization of SGRE's maritime positions to repetitive supplier claims or demurrages.

**What you need to make a difference**:

- Strategic thinking
- English Level - Advanced
- Great communication skills, stakeholder management skills
- More than 10 years of experience
- Previous experience in logistics
