How to contribute to our vision

Plans, prepares and coordinates technical projects according to the Project Management (PM) standards defined, throughout all stages of the Q-gate process.

Activities:

- Support to the PM for elaborating the Project Management Plan, particularly Time Management Plan
- Collect Handover project planning
- Monitor and register fulfillment of the project milestones analyzing milestones delays, critical path & float days
- Analyze critical path tasks and potential deviation
- Monitor product definition and components manufacturing match in coordination with WTG PLA
- Identify planning R&O and communicate to Project Team
- Collaborate in mitigation actions definition
- Consolidate execution progress information
- Assist in several tasks related to planning, providing information and inputs to this MOM
- Analyze and update project schedule base on updated forecast, change request, approved action plan, customer delays, WDT
- Change request submission according to Short Term Production Planning (STPP) process
- Analyze change requests, both sourcing and loading planning schedule changes, impacts in the project planning together with WTG PLA and present updated planning to PM for its approval
- Communicate planning execution results to Project Team (including customer updated plan)
- DPLA (delivery planning) submission (16 weeks before loads) as per the STPP
- Logistics NTP collection, activation, and delivery (5 weeks before loads) as per the STPP
- Change request follow up
- Support to claim management
- Capture and communicate learnings

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- University Degree/ Master´s Degree in the Engineering area
- Minimum 2 years of experience (in the industry sector)
- Excellent communication skills with a medium command of English (B2 level) and Spanish, both
- written and verbal
- An open mind-set willing to join international environment and interested in joining an intercultural team
- Skills and competences on continuous improvement, initiative and proactivity, creativity, communication and dialogue, loyalty and integrity, responsibility, and commitment
- Experience working with the Office Package, SAP, Primavera
