How to contribute to our vision

Besides being an active part of the team, in this role, you will be responsible for:

- You ensure the processes and tools to be followed and used for project documentation delivery are addressed and aligned early on in the project
- Creates and maintains Project Master Document List (P-MDL) in collaboration with client, and internal and external document owners, based on the generic Master Document List (scope and schedule)
- Establishes and maintains the documentation management plan including project-specific requirements
- Ensures that the Documentation Management System is configured and set up according to the requirements
- Ensures all relevant users of the EDMS (internal and external) are properly trained to execute their document-related tasks and to comply with all requirements set out in the Project Documentation Management Plan
- Ensures delivery on time and in the right quality of the documents in the Project Master Document list during project execution: From handover from sales to handover to service.
- Monitors and reports on progress of project documentation delivery in agreement with project management
- Acts as administrator & superuser for the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)

What you need to make a difference
- Significant experience working as a document controller, records manager or documentation manager in large infrastructure projects
- You are knowledgeable about best practice in project documentation management
- You have an affinity for IT and have used various document management systems
- As a person, you are structured, persistent, diligent, and “a finisher”
- You can handle simultaneous assignments and enjoy working with diverse teams
- Your written and spoken English are (close to) that of a native speaker
- Please also kindly consider that this role requires you to manage the projects meaning that there is no responsibility of a team.
