**Project Manager Concepts and Technology (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 8465- LOCATION: Sarriguren, ES, 31621- DEPARTMENT: Engineering**YOUR TASKS**:

- Driving projects for new technologies and wind turbine concepts to be available for future Nordex product portfolio.
- Management of technology projects with high level of technical Expertise covering all aspects of wind turbine generators.
- Professionally controlling project targets, quality, time and cost.
- Support of departmental tasks such as budgeting, project planning, knowledge transfer.
- Communication and interaction with all members of cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, experts, and managers of a wide range of levels.
- Preparation of decision proposals for management in the context of business strategy decisions.
- Regular reporting to engineering management, product strategy and the board

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Degree in engineering, science or equivalent
- Complementary Training: Project management. Cost estimation and basics of economics
- Profound knowledge of wind turbine technology.
- Professional experience in technical project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in problem solving, overcoming obstacles and providing practical solutions for challenging and complex problems.
- High degree of flexibility, proven ability to work in international teams, positive attitude towards cultural differences and ability to motivate project team members
- English fluently.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of technically challenging and complex project in an industrial environment.
- Availability to travel.
