We are looking for a passionate and **data-driven** self-starter for a 12-month sales program-oriented internship. As an intern in our **Customer Success Organisation**, you will support the **Customer Success Management Strategic** Program Manager with a set of tasks and projects to help facilitate generating new enhancements to our way of working in the entire **EMEA **CSM Organization. So this is a great opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic, international playing field.

**Training objectives**:

- Familiarise with **reporting and data to create** and monitor meaningful metrics for the entire global **Customer Success organization.**:

- Learn how enhance current use of **analytics and data** for the CSMs to drive actions where they matter most.
- Learn to process support materials which will enable CSMs in their day-to-day activities.
- Familiarize with the CSM Strategic Program Managers in daily business.
- Learn to cooperation with different departments and international teams.
- Comfortable with **data and tools such as excel**.
- **Analytical thinker**, naturally curious is a plus
- Project/time management, able to solve problems/meet goals.
- Interest in the IT market and agile enough to adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills: ability to work in virtual teams, ability to adapt to audience needs.
- **Good written and verbal communication skills in English.** Additional fluency in other languages is a bonus and sought after.
