**We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Manager to join our **Toys & Gift **team in Barcelona (Sant Esteve de Sesrovires). **The vacancy is for maternity leave replacement**.**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Collaborate in the implementation of the strategy for the development of new toys / gifts / surprise products.
- Lead and coordinate the development of new products (NPD).
- Development of briefings to Supply Chain on NPD and for communication suppliers.
- Clear and fluent communication on NPD's to both the departments involved and external teams (European agencies and Asian suppliers).
- Coordinate legal issues of the product ensuring timings and costs.
- Controlling the marketing budget allocated to products.
- Detailed analysis of business evolution and preparation of results for strategic decision making together with the Area Manager.
**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:
- Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration or similar degree.
- Marketing studies highly valued.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in development project management.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Advanced user of MS Office. Previous experience with SAP BI, would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset and customer focused.
- Strong communication skills and project management.
- Design Thinking
