**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Monitor and analyze Nielsen and SAP data to evaluate marketing program effectiveness.
- Help on building the brand by co-owning the commercial P&L under his/her responsibility.
- Compare results to objectives and optimize ROI.
- Understand consumer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to cater to them.
- Align product offerings and communication accordingly.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams for business development.
- Lead external agency projects and coordinate market research initiatives.
**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, ADE or similar). Master in marketing / MBA is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Relevant experience in functional Marketing role in FMCG, minimum 5 years having worked in the food sector is a plus, as well as having experience with working in close cooperation with sales and both traditional and modern channels. Last 3 as a Product Manager.
