En Vincci Hoteles seleccionamos a un/a TRAVEL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER para el Departamento Comercial de nuestras oficinas centrales, ubicadas en Alcobendas (Madrid).

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
- Definición e implementación de la estrategia del segmento y gestión de la contratación y relación comercial con las distintas agencias de viajes, bancos de camas y OTAs - en todos los segmentos operativos para cada distribuidor.
- Coordinación para el cumplimiento de la estrategia marcada con el Responsable de Distribution del Departamento de Revenue que, basándose en las necesidades diarias de los hoteles establece las acciones tácticas a aplicar en nuestros principales distribuidores B2B y B2C.
- Análisis y seguimiento continúo de resultados para la consecución de objetivos implantados en el departamento (cumplimiento mensual del presupuesto de cada hotel).
- Reportes mensuales a la Dirección Comercial sobre la aplicación de la estrategia implantada y la consecución de objetivos a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Estrategia general de segmento para la consecución de objetivos: participación en campañas para maximizar la visivilidad y la demanda, optimización de canales, control de incidencias y control de posicionamiento con nuestros principales distribuidores; contratación de nuevos colaboradores, control de conectividades entre partners y hoteles y parametrización de la estrategia tarifaria de descuentos.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?**
- Grado/Licenciatura en Turismo.
- Experiência mínima previa de 3-5 años en puestos similares a nível nacional o internacional, principalmente en cadenas hoteleras.
- Conocimiento de soluciones tecnológicas para abordar la distribución del departamento.
- Visión global y planificación estratégica.
- Autonomía, resolución y proactividad.
- Convicción, entusiasmo e iniciativa.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de decisión y organización.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Valorable conocimientos de un tercer idioma.
