Position Overview
As an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) Industry-focused Partner Development Manager, you will foster strategic partnerships within specific industry markets and with our Partners to achieve business growth and market presence. You will collaborate with Partner Managers, teams, and channel partners to develop industry-focused opportunities and programmes that align with our goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Development EMEA.
This is a hybrid role. You will have on-site meetings with our Partners.
Responsibilities
You will develop strategies to target specific industry markets, identifying growth opportunities and market trends You will consult with Partners sales team and sales Leaders, providing industry expertise, training, and resources to increase overall revenue and improve customer experience You will build relationships with partners, ensuring collaboration and understanding of mutual goals living our values of a Trusted Partner You will remain up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and guide AEC industry strategies You will design and implement industry-focused programmes in collaboration with partners and our teams to increase our performance You will collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns and activities to enhance brand visibility and create leads You will analyse important performance metrics, providing insights for business improvements and development and conduct regular competitive analysis on market trends and opportunities You will collaborate with teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to lead successful execution of industry strategies within the Partner echo system You will gather feedback from partners, customers, and company partners to improve and progress You will represent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with important industry playersMinimum Qualifications
You will have fluent English and another European language eg German, French, Spanish You will have in-depth knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry You will have 5-10 years of customer/sales / Partner relationship management experience You will have a track record for delivering growth across EMEA You will have partner management experience in a matrix organisation#LI-SH1
