**Precisamos incorporar un/a Contract Manager en nuestro equipo de Data Center en San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid)
**FUNCIONES**:
- Gestión de principales acuerdos de los proyectos y seguimiento de obligaciones contractuales durante la ejecución del proyecto.
- Redactar y negociar principales contratos, modificaciones y órdenes de cambio junto con el Departamento Legal.
- Mantener reuniones periódicas con los equipos del proyecto con el fin de supervisar, coordinar y orientar sobre la relación Contratista-Propietario para proteger los intereses de la compañía.
- Monitorización y seguimiento del cumplimiento del contrato por ambas partes.
**Requisitos**:
- Graduado/a en Ingeniería Superior.
- +5 años de experiência en puestos similares.
- Inglés C2.
- Carnet de conducir.
