Job Summary:

Medpace is seeking a full-time Site Contract Manager to join its Clinical Operations team in Madrid. This role will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success.

The Site Contract Manager will act as Contract Study Lead on allocated studies, determining site contract processes, delegating duties to staff, and providing functional oversight of site contract and budget negotiations.

Key responsibilities include creating project-specific site contract documents, reviewing contract queries, and facilitating clear communication and reporting of ongoing contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of contract management experience in clinical research, and excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
