**Job Description**:
Position Purpose:
The Digital Operations lead will play a key role in our Digital Transformation by driving the development of insights & quality of master data that deliver tangible value, both in terms of asset productivity, and sustainable growth from new digital customer propositions and new digital business models. This will be achieved by business partnering across the organization to generate insights and drive actions that deliver unrivaled value.

Major/ Key Accountabilities:

- Work closely with the EU Digital team, Digital Customer Solutions Manager, PMO team, SoF & BXBD (and others) to execute digital deployments
- Responsible for:

- Driving the quality of master data and geolocations
- Developing and understanding the hypotheses and requirements of each deployment;
- The production of analysis to meet those requirements;
- Turning analysis into insights that can be understood throughout the business;
- Acting with impartiality to ensure insight creates actions, and driving the completion of those actions across the business;
- Prioritising actions to have the most tangible impact for the business and to unlock new value;
- Measuring the value created
- Support the SoF Digitise Brambles team to develop a Self-Service Product for Repeatable Asset Diagnosis that ultimately regions and countries can use on their own
- The role will focus on digital deployments in SE, but importantly with a view to global translation aligned with our Digitise Brambles strategy
- Lead the team, provide direction, define the plan for next FYs, set objectives, and oversee analytics to ensure quality
- Inform IBP cycles regarding digital deployments

1st PoC for local commercial teams & in-country Digital Champions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.

**Experience**:

- Agile project management experience
- People management experience
- 5 years+ experience working in a supply chain company

Experience working with Business Intelligence & Master Data teams

Skills & Knowledge:

- An interest in digital, and the desire to learn more and contribute to our digital future
- Strong understanding of business metrics
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Experience interpreting data and generating insights that can be easily understood
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, experience presenting to senior management teams
- Strong time/project management and delivery skills and ability to adapt to multiple and shifting priorities
