As assistant to the Business Development Manager, you will assist in daily administrative tasks and take initiatives to support the newest projects. Handle the sales process, continuously analyze your KPIs to improve your sales numbers, and achieve increasingly more success.

You will form long-lasting relations with our students and ensure that they will achieve their dream careers by providing highly personalized service and adapting to different situations daily. Always keep the well-being of our customers in mind.

You will be collaborating with other departments to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns. Your goal is to help increase awareness of our newest business venture. In terms of finding universities, you will look for mutually beneficial partnerships that match our current market, besides researching potential new markets to develop.

You will also get the chance to take on stimulating new projects and be in charge of creating stunning content.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, education, marketing, communications, or related fields
- Knowledgeable in Hospitality/Education and genuinely curious
- Experience in the Education industry would be a plus
- Knowledge experience in CRM management tools such as Hubspot
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written in English (C1 level minimum)
- Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
- Creative, innovative, and comfortable self-starting projects and managing them independently
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive market and competitor analysis and generate reports
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universities and agencies abroad
- Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
- Support our Directors in all their duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities
- Conducts Admissions and support calls to guide young professionals by providing expert career advice
- Assist students through the Admissions and Visa Processes
- Work closely with other departments to create effective strategies and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with our marketing department to develop and maintain Brand strategy and image
- Build and sustain durable customer loyalty
- Identify and communicate new business leads for the company
