**Technical Sales Engineer**

To continue our path successfully, we are looking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer (M/F/d) in Barcelona, Spain. Technical Sales Engineer will be reporting to Carlos, Regional Sales Manager.

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow**
- Your primary responsibility will be to become a consultant to the customer, providing support along the project lifetime, from the concept phase to the production stage.
- Demand Creation: support of the sales team activities by running product presentations and sharing technical know-how.
- Account Management: ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, promoting Arrow's Service offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key Technology Partners. Develop an understanding of customer's needs and how to translate those needs to Arrow's requirements or opportunities.
- Be visible on sight - the role will require customer visits (in 'after-pandemic' reality) within Spain.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experienced individual that holds a technical degree (ideally in Engineering) combined with an interest in technology and innovation. Some hands-on experience in the Key/Account Management/Sales area will be welcome.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem-solving, diplomacy and influencing skills.
- Professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Business fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
