**¿Qué necesitamos?**
Buscamos incorporar una persona a nuestro equipo que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:
- A partir de 1 año de experiência profesional
- Conocimientos Contables
- Manejo de Software Contable: Sage, DelSol, QuickBooks o sistemas similares
- Office y Excel nível básico
- Habilidades analíticas y buena capacidad comunicativa.
- Ganas de aprender, trabajar y muy buena actitud.
**Valorable**:
- Experiência previa en departamento administrativo/contable.
- Nível de inglés.
**¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?**
- Registrar transacciones financieras diarias en el sistema contable, como facturas de ventas, recibos de compras, pagos y cobros. Mantenimiento de los Maestros contables.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas para asegurar la precisión entre los registros contables y los estados de cuenta bancarios.
- Asistir en la preparación de informes contables y administrativos básicos como libro mayor, libro diario, partidas abiertas de clientes y proveedores.
- Brindar apoyo administrativo al departamento, como archivar documentos, mantenimiento de bases de datos, gestión documental y realizar tareas administrativas básicas.
- Apoyo al departamento en tareas básicas de la oficina y gestión de empleados (notas de gastos, gestión de viajes).
**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**
- Contrato por sustitución de maternidad directamente en nuestra plantilla.
- Horario: de Lunes a Jueves de 9.00 a 18.30h. Viernes de 9.00 a 15.00h.
- Modalidad Hibrida (Teletrabajo 60%)
