**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You develop project opportunities in Europe together with the Siemens Energy Hub Sales Team in close interaction with regional customers. You support and guide customers in the technical project definition and consult for most advantageous technology selection with Siemens Energy internal experts. You lead the preparation of bid documents as per client/tender requirements and negotiate contracts until successful signature.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Present and promote value proposition to prospective customers.
- Consult with customers to develop concepts and later present technical and commercial proposal.
- Commercial and technical evaluation of customer requests.
- Align with engineering, operations, and supply chain management, as well as the assigned sales region to manage concrete opportunities through all stages of implementation along the sales funnel.
- Develop appropriate offer strategy together with the assigned sales region.
- Use and maintain CRM tools to ensure complete, accurate, and timely information.
- Develop a sustainable sales funnel.
- Act as liaison manager for assigned sales regions.
**What You Bring**
- Experienced professional with more than 10 years of overall experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Bid Management required.
- Project Management experience and/or PMP certification is preferred
- Intensive experience in relevant technical disciplines such as design/construction/ commissioning project management in relevant industries such as large power plant, Oil&Gas, Petrochemicals
- Experience in H2 Electrolysis technology and related process technology and safety requirements
- Contract & Commercial understanding
- Profound knowledge of Project Management procedures & tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to inspire a multifunctional and multicultural team
- A pro-active high achiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure and to tight / challenging deadlines.
