Partner Success Executive

Join our global TUI Musement B2B Sales team, commercial support as a Partner Success Executive and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Loading of (new) products on OTA platforms and review the loaded information done by the offer set up hub before putting it on sale
- Activate products and ensure correct visibility
- Update the operational changes that happen during the season in the existing products (maintenance)
- Day to day yielding/ contact with the OTAs to maximise the sales
- Client specific actions to improve sales/product ranking (daily level)
- Special Offers loading
- Day to day contact with local bookings and operations teams to provide support
- Contact with local supply teams to keep all products up to date, ask rate extensions
- Monitor cancellation rates in the destinations and platforms and see how we can improve
- Manage reviews and company listings
**ABOUT YOU**
- You have a methodical, organised approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
- Have previous, demonstrable experience with OTA Platforms like Viator, GyG, Expedia
- You have a pro-active attitude, are responsible and have an eye for detail
- Keen on driving success and grow business and actively think about ways how to reach this
- Enjoy working in an international environment and being in touch with colleagues and partners based all around the world
- Very autonomous and capable of working on your own (home office)
- The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish. Additional languages advantageous
