- We are looking for a
- **Payroll assistant with French** to joir our Payroll team based
- **in Barcelona**.
- You will work for
- ** India and France**, joining an international team and this role will include the support and processing of salary information, payroll-related expenses and timesheets, input of pay/personnel changes and answering any payroll related queries. You will work together with the senior payroll specialists to gain experience of statutory payments and payroll-related legislations to be able to manage the end-to-end process.**As Payroll assistant, you will**:

- Be maintaining employee payroll records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Create and distribute payroll related documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Develop relationships with vendors and members of the HR organization to ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Participate in other projects, tasks, as required.
- Resolve customer queries and deliver service excellence, customer care and display strong customer service.
- Support the accurate and timely processing of the payroll for our employees and perform monthly payroll controls with the senior payroll specialist.
- Remit payments to the authorities and benefits providers; complete and submit any required regulatory forms, Process payment requests.

**You will have**:

- Degree in Human Resources or Finance would be idea.
- Fluent in English and French. Any other languages from EMEA will be an asset.
- Relevant experience in an international Payroll environment would be considered as an asset.
- Open minded, willingness to learn, flexibility, multitasking ability, cross functionality, and adaptability.
- Excellent administrative writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Teamwork skills and meet deadlines on time.
