Como** HR Solutions & Admin Support (Temporal) **serás responsable de las tareas administrativas para asegurar el mantenimiento y la calidad de la base de datos de los empleados en las herramientas correspondientes. También te encargaras de la mejora de la experiência de los trabajadores con el objetivo de apoyar las buenas prácticas, los procesos y las herramientas de RRHH.

**¿Cuáles serán tus retos?**
- Registrar todos los movimientos que conciernen al empleado, es decir, altas, cambios y terminaciones.
- Colaborar con la comunidad de RRHH para dar apoyo en las tareas administrativas.
- Garantizar la data quality siguiendo las directrices de la compañía.
- Gestionar las incidencias a los diferentes usuarios en las herramientas de RRHH para asegurar la correcta utilización y registro de la información laboral y personal.
- Actuar como defensor de los datos dentro de la comunidad de RRHH, involucrando a los usuarios y sistemas en los objetivos continuos de calidad e integridad de la información.

About you

Para que triunfes en este puesto, creemos que es positivo disponer de
- Grado Universitario en ADE, Relaciones Laboras, Psicología o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año dentro de equipos de HR o de Administración en sector FMCG.
- Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas y de organización.
- Ganas de desarrollarse en el mundo de HR en un ambiente multinacional.
- Capacidad analítica y con visión global.
- Valorable experiência en Successfactors (SAP) & Excel.
