Protime has established itself as a trusted provider of HR solutions tailored for medium to large enterprises. Leveraging our expertise, we assist organizations in optimizing their time management practices. Our software implementations are successfully executed for both national and international clients.

What do we offer?

As an HR Solutions Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Flanders Business Unit. Operating from our Spanish office, you will share responsibility for the effective deployment of our software solutions at client sites, focusing on time tracking and scheduling.

  • Engage with a diverse range of clients primarily in Belgium, Flanders. From small to large international organizations, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assess and comprehend client requirements, translating them into optimal solutions within our software framework.
  • Empower clients to maximize the benefits of our software through configuration, training sessions, workshops, consultancy, and ongoing support.
  • Given our international clientele, your role may extend beyond national borders. A strong international perspective and willingness to travel may be required.

Are you the right candidate?

  • You are eager to join our expanding international team, becoming proficient in our software and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • We will provide comprehensive training on our software through an extensive onboarding program. However, a genuine interest in technology and software is essential. Experience in the HR sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Key attributes include: analytical mindset, logical reasoning, accountability, proactivity, initiative, adaptability, sociability, self-organization, collaboration, and strong communication skills (comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels).
  • A master's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential. Proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.
  • A passion for enhancing customer experiences and a strong ability to balance client needs with business objectives are crucial.
