As an HR Transformation Senior Consultant at Alight Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by leading HR transformation initiatives. You will work closely with our clients to build strong relationships, develop strategic HR plans, and implement effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including board members and directors
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop recommendations for HR solutions
- Design and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR consulting services to clients, including HR system implementation and change management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and share knowledge with clients and colleagues
- Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
- High knowledge of Spanish Payroll
- Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis, and process mapping
- Deep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organizations
- Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System (e.g. SAP Successfactors, Workday, Oracle, or Cornerstone)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Spanish and English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at Director and Board level
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Masters-level qualification relating to Human Resources or Technology
- Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, or similar project management and process tools
- Previous experience of SuccessFactors
- Working knowledge of Cloud technology, especially knowledge of how Cloud HR solutions interact with the wider business and systems landscape within an organization
- Experience of applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools
