Role Overview
As an HR Consultant within the Flanders Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our software solutions, focusing on time management and planning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a diverse clientele, primarily in Belgium, ranging from SMEs to large multinational corporations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Conducting thorough analyses to comprehend client requirements and translating these into optimal solutions within our software framework.
  • Empowering clients to maximize the benefits of our software through tailored configurations, comprehensive training sessions, workshops, expert advice, and ongoing support.
  • Engaging with an international portfolio of clients, necessitating a global perspective and potential travel.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate will possess:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for becoming an integral part of our international team, mastering our software, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • A willingness to undergo extensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of our software, alongside a strong affinity for technology. Experience in the HR sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Attributes such as an analytical mindset, logical reasoning, a sense of ownership, proactivity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • A passion for enhancing customer experiences while balancing client needs with business objectives.
