Director Pricing and Revenue Growth
Roles & Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
His/her responsibilities are to maximize ticketing revenues in the direct
channels (main gate, ecommerce, promotions) and
overseeing third party channels (TTOO, other
intermediaries, collectives ) combining attendance goals
with percap KPIs Driving strategies from concept to
implementation providing action plans which lead to
optimized sales, profit, and customer segment penetration
across key products and channels.
Among others:
- Defines and implements strategies and actionable pricing
analytics at regional and property level that creates
measurable revenue performing enhancements.
- Influence key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful
implementation. Engage cross-functional leaders (park
teams - corporate teams) in the development and
execution of new pricing strategies.
- Secures sales target growth goals across all regions,
providing guidance to parks and identifying opportunities at
strategic level both at segment, product, and channel level.
- Continuously investigates new profit and revenue growth
opportunities at Park and Regional Level.
- Monitors and evaluates revenue opportunities, providing
advice and guidance on strategy changes that will lead to
improved performance.
- Identifies alerts and opportunities through Risks, Upsides
and Action Plans analysis and development to
Management Committee, supporting steering the Short and
Mid Term business.
- Run extensive analysis around price elasticity, price
waterfall, willingness to pay, competitive assessment, and
price-volume trade off curves.
Forecast
- Lead strategic and tactical planning process, including
financial projections, competitive benchmarking, and
sensitivity analyses. Perform industry research on latest
pricing techniques, systems, and competitive environment.
- Maintain weekly forecasting tools to include leading and
lagging indicators.
- Structures new approaches of forecasting (methods,
processes, types of competitive and demand analysis)
across the company, ensuring that there is a learning curve
after forecast decrease on accuracy.
- Attendance forecasting is a specialized and key process
within the group that supports the assessment of future
marketing and pricing/promotion activities. Assist parks with
pricing forecasts and impacts in budgeting and strategic
planning.

- Establishes mid and long-term business outlooks for the
key and key destinations, based on inputs from Business
Units, by using the company’s Record Management
System and through extensive market research.
Understands the dynamics within the different feeder
markets/segments and the effect it will have on the
forecast, hence risks & opportunities they may bring.
Stakeholder & Internal Governance
- Leads the Revenue Management Process including pricing,
discounts & forecasting linked to top line ticketing
performance.
- Communicate and present findings along with sound
business recommendations for future growth to Chief
Customer Officer and other stakeholders.
- Alignment Identifies alerts and opportunities through Risks,
Upsides and Action Plans analysis and development to
Management Committee.
- Serve as Customer team liaison with Finance department
for revenue and per capita analysis.
- Serve as primary internal contact and leader for strategic
advisors and consultants regarding pricing.
Performance Analysis
- Establish and monitor key metrics (leading indicators and
lagging indicators) and improve performance on an ongoing
basis. Develop a deep understanding of customer
segments, competitor offerings and market trends
- Oversees the development and implementation of effective
reports and analyses to optimize revenues across all
assets in all distribution channels together with Analytics
collaboration for Revenue Management, with strong
emphasis on past, current and future performance analysis
as well as action planning
- Provides with Financial and Management Control Monthly
Mid Term Profit Forecasts to the Management Committee.
- Present data in understandable formats with clear analysis
of trends and impacts of decisions.
- Management together with IT/Data team and Analytics
team to implement all the various tools necessary for
trakcing effectiveness to maximize performance.
Team
- Help build the internal capabilities on revenue management
both at corporate and in the regional & local parks sales
teams in relation to building value propositions that support
value-based pricing.
- Attract, develop and retain talent to grow revenue
