The **Director, Product Growth** will play a pivotal role in driving our product-led growth initiatives. This leader will be responsible for devising strategies that enhance product adoption, engagement, and monetization through innovative, data-driven approaches. You will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth aspects, and a proven track record of successfully delivering results. This role reports to SVP Product and will be based at Ouro HQ in Madrid, Spain.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell across our product lines.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and user feedback to understand behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform product decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and design teams to ensure product features align with growth objectives.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Lead A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize product features for better user engagement and conversion.
- User Experience Focus: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance the product experience, ensuring it meets user needs and drives growth.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key product growth metrics, adapting strategies to maximize performance and ROI.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development and positioning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate growth strategies and results to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or growth roles, with a focus on digital products.
- Demonstrated success in product-led growth strategies and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with product management tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
