Roles & Responsibilities

OPTIMIZING RENTAL CONVERSIONS AND OCCUPANCY RATES FROM ACCOMMODATION
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue for mid-tier lodging properties.
- Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and formulate pricing strategies.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools, including Excel, to monitor, analyze, and forecast demand and make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of tools and reports within a developing structure, leveraging your Excel skills and analytical mindset.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of pricing strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze booking patterns, cancellation rates, and length of stay data to identify trends and develop tactics for maximizing revenue and occupancy.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on revenue performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in the development of annual budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts for lodging properties.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new revenue management tools, and best practices to continuously improve revenue performance.

Results indicators:

- Achieving optimum turnover from rental and occupancy at a high booking price with maximum volume
- Ensuring an efficient and qualitative yield & revenue process.
- Weekly and monthly business management reporting yield & revenue

ACHIEVING THE SET TARGETS IN TERMS OF SALES AND MARKET SHARE BY SUPPORTING ALL SALES ACTIVITIES
- Instrumentally responsible for providing analyses and subsequent advice to the Park’s Marketing Director to optimise and develop the revenue strategy on the basis of forecast, pricing policy and ARR
- Drawing up the recruitment and pricing policy, the strategic planning, the forecast and the lodging budget as part of the marketing plan and making recommendations
- Optimizing the revenue from reservations on the holiday park by tracking and assessing bookings in the systems on occupancy, prices, cancellations, analysing these data, market information and distribution channels

Results indicators:

- Analyses plus advice with regards to yield & revenue strategy
- The lodging budget has been drawn up as part of the marketing plan

Tasks
- Preparation of Lodging forecasts, budgets and sales strategies
- Monitoring all quotas and tentative bookings
- Coordinating group and individual bookings (external and internal)
- Actively manage demand status: demand forecast, pick-up, booking lead time and development
- Joint responsibility for compliance with credit regulations, cancellation deadlines and deposit guidelines
- Effective use of revenue management tools
- Individual assignments and special tasks: The Revenue Manager is required to perform special assignments as directed by the Business RM Director, as appropriate to the scope of his/her job and/or skills and training.

**Requirements**:
He/ She will be analytical, and fact based with a deep knowledge and understanding of the latest tools, technology, and best practices in pricing and profitability management. Position may require travel to individual parks and to competition of those parks.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and project/time management skills. Also an ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Hotel School
- Revenue Management course or similar

Languages:

- Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal, to communicate with internal teams and analyze English-language data.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desirable to analyze data and communicate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, including Excel, to analyze data and develop reports.
- Experience in contributing to the development of tools and reports within a developing structure is highly desired.
- Solid understanding of revenue management concepts, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of three years of experience in revenue management within the lodging industry, preferably in mid-tier propertie
