**JOB DESCRIPTION **:After Sales Engineer***

For our team in Spain, we are currently looking for an

**After Sales Engineer**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support client's queries and retrieve information to investigate and deliver the suitable solutions
- Continuous communication with customers and follow up on development the topics, orders and shipments.
- Coordinate with others departments (R&D, Engineering, Logistics) to ensure availability and timely delivery of solution according to budget
- Spare parts management (replacement or sales)
- Remote assistance and technical solution improvements
- On-site visits and inspections
- Redact RCA for each technical issue
- Ensure effective reporting of significant activities under to the Regional Head on quarterly basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (O&M, utility scale projects)
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering
- Ability to communicate with customers on different management levels
- Strong bias for customer satisfaction
- Proactive, self-starter and solution-oriented
- Flexible to local business travels.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language skills, other languages will be considered as a plus.
