La misión de la figura de Sales Support Engineer es desarrollar su actividad en el departamento de Sales Support dentro de la Dirección de Sales and Business Development de GTS en España, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para participar en procedimientos de licitación públicos y privados y dando soporte al equipo comercial en la preparación de los mismos.
Como parte del equipo de Sales Support, entre tus principales funciones estarían:
- Análisis de requisitos de los pliegos administrativos en procedimientos de licitación públicos y preparación de la documentación solicitada en las diferentes fases de la oferta (licitación, pre-adjudicación, adjudicación y firma de contrato), coordinando con los departamentos correspondientes la constitución de UTEs y solicitud de CIF, en caso necesario.
- Seguimiento y Control de toda la documentación a entregar en procedimientos públicos de licitación y publicación de la misma en la plataforma del cliente.
- Gestión y seguimiento de Ofertas/Presupuestos de suministros de equipos tecnología Thales a diferentes clientes (Costes, ventas, PCS, etc).
- Soporte al equipo de ventas en el análisis y preparación de presupuestos de ventas, handover de documentación al área de destino en las ofertas ganadas, etc.
- Control del estado de las oportunidades en la base de datos y soporte en las diferentes actividades desarrolladas en la Dirección de Sales.

- Formación necesaria: Titulado Medio
- Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos de la Ley de contratos del Sector Público y aplicación Menfis.
- Experiência mínima: 3 años
- Idiomas: inglés nível Intermedio
