Our Dental Service Organization (DSO) Department is dedicated to leveraging our brands and services to be the leading partner for dental service organizations across the world. The DSO Team is committed to building and serving corporate accounts in all product segments (implants, bone regeneration, digital, orthodontics and preventive dentistry) through winning business concepts and a consultative sales approach. By addressing the entire value creation model, the DSO Team helps organizations grow their practices by incorporating new treatment concepts, enhancing patient experience and driving innovation.

**Consulting Services**

Consulting Services support value co-creation in strategic partnership with our Dental Service Organization customers, within long
- term business relationships. Working directly with customer teams from C-Suite to practice, and in close collaboration with Straumann DSO team and inter-departmental stakeholders, Consulting Services assess opportunity, align value measures, jointly plan, track, and manage change initiatives to create concrete, sustainable results in such areas as:

- Practice growth for Speciality
- Clinician and staff training and education
- Operational excellence
- Patient experience
- Practice marketing

**Job Purpose**

Consulting Services Development Managers are responsible for bringing the consulting portfolio to life, from content to capabilities mapping to platform creation to deployment and continual improvement. Working with clear guidance as to customer requirements and value drivers, this role interacts with stakeholders from multiple internal departments to map the consulting journey end-to-end, consolidate existing content, assets, and capabilities, create new materials, establish KPI’s and launch working models through the pilot and LMR phase to facilitate:

- Project assessments
- Planning
- Management/deployment of assets
- Reporting
- Analytics
- Governance

Responsibilities also include ongoing development of existing portfolio and support for engagement-specific customizations. This role represents a great opportunity for innovation, to develop infrastructure for future scale, to grow a new business unit within a leading global company, and to contribute meaningfully to value creation for a key customer segment.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of consulting services portfolio for DSO customers from concept through pilot
- Consolidate and create content, assets, and capabilities to facilitate project assessment, planning and execution
- Develop deep insights into the opportunities and challenges customers are facing to ensure the consulting portfolio aligns to needs, opportunities and capabilities
- Build and maintain technical infrastructure required to manage consulting engagements and facilitate internal and external communication
- Ensure KPI’s are set in accordance with value-drivers and capabilities; enable ongoing monitoring and governance
- Collaborate closely within the DSO department and cross-functionally to maintain strategic alignment and to design solutions that best leverage existing capabilities as well as contributing intra-departmentally to Straumann’s success.

**Profile**

Education and work experience
- University degree required
- Minimum 10 years work experience and 5 years within the Dental or Healthcare industry in Consulting, Project Management, and/or Business Development roles
- Strong business acumen and history of success in Healthcare services portfolio development and deployment, with a track record in project and change management
- Technical experience building/deploying services or large-scale projects via digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment where a high degree of cross functional collaboration is required to deliver outstanding business results
- High degree of analytical skills and industry knowledge to unlock hidden value that may not be readily identifiable to our customers
- Strong skills in interpreting metrics and handling data (e.g., budgeting revenue, profitability, service rates, operational efficiency)
- Lean/Six-Sigma training or equivalent
- International experience desirable (multiple markets)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage with and present to executive level, further languages a plus.
- Ability to travel (up to 20% of time).
