**Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- ** 2y+ in full-cycle Enterprise Sales (from prospecting to closing)**
- ** Solid sales background in **Payments** or wider **Fintech** **(open banking, acquiring, gateway services)**
- ** Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, KPIs, sales targets (new business generation)**
- Results-driven mindset and hunter mentality
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience selling to CEO, COO, CFO at Enterprises with €20M+ annual revenue
- Established book of business with decision-makers in the EU and US is a plus
- Solutions selling approach
- Strong LinkedIn presence
