Bilingual Private Personal Assistant, International

Our client, an entrepreneurial HNWI family based mainly in Barcelona, are looking for an energetic, proactive and approachable Bilingual Private Personal Assistant to assist them personally as well as with their business in France.

Responsibilities will cover both professional and personal support:
Professional:

- Planning of short-term and long-term agenda
- Coordinating meetings with employees & partners
- Real Estate management (purchase, selling, renovation, tenant search)
- Administration of Pharmaceutical company board Meetings & venture capital funds
- Contact with banks, lawyers, accountants & insurance firms
- Invoicing & billing
- Project management, prioritisation and follow-up of action points
- Coordinating recruitment of new hires
- Managing emergency couriers & deliveries
- Ad hoc tasks as required

Personal:

- Travel management for family (payments, flights, visas, personalised logistics)
- Managing personnel: domestic staff, nanny, event planners, etc.
- Benchmarking & presenting options for purchases & sourcing items
- Coordinate public administration processes IDs, insurance, paperwork, etc
- Coordinate all medical appointments and relevant documentation
- Contact with banks for administration & loan comparisons
- Basic financial bookkeeping/control
- Deal and coordinate small home emergencies
- Ad hoc tasks as required

This position will be carried out remotely from Barcelona and will require working from the family’s home office when deemed necessary. This opportunity may involve international travel.

Location - Barcelona (Hybrid WFH/House Office)

Salary -Dependent on experience

Timetable - 9.00h - 18.00h (Flexibility required; potential travel required)

Contract - Permanent
