Actuarás como el embajador definitivo de Charlotte Tilbury liderando y haciendo participar a tu equipo en la visión única de Tilbury. Eres un gerente de negocios dinámico e inspirador que es un verdadero formador que ayuda a desarrollar el equipo para lograr todos los objetivos operativos y de ventas. No solo desarrollas a los miembros individuales, sino que también los reúnes como el equipo de ensueño, aunque no trabajen en la misma tienda, sabes cómo conectar a la gente Demostrarás la capacidad de contratar y formar el talento número 1 para el arte experto y el teatro eterno de Tilbury. Eres flexible y un fuerte comunicador que tiene la capacidad de guiar y apoyar a un equipo a distancia. **RESPONSABILIDADES DE PERSONAL**
- Gestionar el personal es la parte más importante de tu función, preparas a los miembros de tu equipo para el éxito y creas una verdadera comunidad Tilbury en tus respectivas tiendas de la ciudad.
- Programar los turnos mensuales y la presupuestación y previsión de las nóminas (respondiendo a las condiciones comerciales).
- Impulsar el éxito de las ventas mediante la motivación del equipo para alcanzar los objetivos diarios y mensuales de los índices clave de rendimiento (KPI).
- Planificar el personal; gestión continua del talento y planificación de la sucesión del equipo. Gestionar los conflictos en el lugar de trabajo y otros procesos de gestión de recursos humanos.
- Identificar las necesidades de formación del equipo en colaboración con el formador del área y proporcionar información sobre el avance en las áreas de oportunidades.
- Dirigir y motivar un equipo número 1 a través de informes diarios y reuniones individuales de rendimiento.
- Tener la responsabilidad de la contratación de talentos excepcionales; gestionar los procesos de contratación de principio a fin junto con el asesor de contratación y "detección dinámica del talento de Tilbury", buscar talentos en el área local.

**RESPONSABILIDADES COMERCIALES**
- Predicar con el ejemplo Sabes mejor que nadie cómo obtener esos resultados ilimitados de un cliente y lo muestras a diario a tu equipo para motivarlo.
- Impulsar y establecer el rendimiento de tus KPI comerciales para lograr resultados líderes en el mercado y mantener la clasificación y el crecimiento de número 1.
- Asegurarse de que se ofrece la mejor experiência al cliente, incluso cuando no estás presente, incorporando la metodología del servicio mágico.
- Crear una conciencia de marca mediante la creación de conexiones emocionales duraderas con los clientes.
- Pensar sin límites con tu plan para el año natural, teniendo en cuenta los lanzamientos de nuevos productos y la actividad/impacto en el mercado del año anterior.
- Diseñar y ofrecer una estrategia de eventos convincente para el mostrador.
- Informes semanales y mensuales de productividad al director de zona.

**RESPONSABILIDADES OPERATIVAS**
- Trabajar y relacionarse con los socios de las tiendas anfitrionas y con las partes interesadas de alto nível; garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y los procedimientos de la marca.
- Gestionar los níveles de stock (ventas, auditorías y cómputo) analizando toda la información disponible para asesorar de forma proactiva al
